Pastor Kumuyi Suspends His Son John and His New Wife Over Flamboyant Wedding

Posted: 02 Jul 2013 10:16 AM PDT

Latest information available to Olokunbolablessing.blogspot.com is that the controversial wedding of Pastor W.F. Kumuyi's son John and his sweet heart, Love, started generating trouble even before the wedding day.

Some leaders of Deeper Life Church who attended the wedding in Jamiaca had condemned and rejected the first wedding gown purchased by the couple as it revealed sensitive body parts...

The couple promised to change the wedding gown on Friday, just a day to the wedding, so the leaders didn't see the new wedding gown until the beautiful bride appeared at the church where the wedding took place. Their action has caused Pastor Kumuyi a lot of embarrassment as some members of the church now see him in a different light since his son's "flamboyant" wedding.

Consequently,  gathered that the leadership of the Deeper Church has suspended the son of the General Superintendent of the church and his wife, John and Love Kumuyi, from carrying out any activity in the church over their wedding in Jamaica.

John and Love wedded in Jamaica on 15 June, 2013, and thousands of members of the church have reacted sharply while condemning the wedding gown worn by the wife and other aspects of the wedding that were at variance with the church's standard and Pastor Kumuyi's preaching.

Another issue was the hiring of a Limousine by the couple, an act seen as reckless.
Due to the myriad of controversies generated by the wedding on the social media, especially by members of Deeper Life, the church decided to place the couple on suspension.

John and Love's suspension from the church was announced by Pastor Philip Oluwi, a key leader in the church. Pastor Oluwi, who acted on the instruction from Pastor Kumuyi, insisted and re-emphasized that the standard of Deeper Life regarding wedding and moderacy had not changed.
"The church, Deeper Life, remains committed to the biblical practice and standard of almost 40 years Christian dressing and still remains and does not compromise on biblical Christian dressing.
"Hence, deviation warrants the displeasure and frown of God and the leadership of the church. John and Love are now under discipline."
had earlier reported that the couple has apologised to the church for the embarrassing way the wedding was conducted , saying they are praying for "repentance".
You may also wish to know that the wedding took place in another church in Jamiaca, not Deeper Life, since the church was yet to be approved by the government of Jamaica for wedding activities.

SEE The Beautiful 15 year old girl That Killed Herself By Jumping In Front Of A Train

A tormented girl ended her life by jumping in front of an oncoming train, according to reports.

The Staten Island, New York, tormented teenager who committed suicide by jumping into the path of a train was hounded to death by her classmates after having sèx with four football players, police sources said Thursday.

Felicia Garcia, a freshman of 15-years-old attended Tottenville High School. She committed suicide after two 17-year-old classmates blabbed about the encounters.

"The kids were saying that she had sèx with some guys on the football team at a party after the game," a friend of the girl said. "They did not leave her alone about it. They just continued their harassment and bullying her."

After the weekend, the intimidation of Felicia sent her to the end after a long life with problems. "I cannot, I'm done, I give up," she wrote on Monday.

School officials heard of the bullying and established a mediation session Wednesday with a counselor and one boy of 17-years-old. The teenager denies harassing the girl, the sources said.

At the office, Felicia later met with a 17-year-old who had been making her life miserable and exchanged some words, sources said. Police did not say what he said. But it was enough to send Felicia marching to the train station at Huguenot Staten Island, where she committed suicide in front of her horrified companions.

ASUU Close Down Universities; Begins Nationwide Strike

Posted: 02 Jul 2013 06:16 AM PDT

The Academic Staff Union of Universities (ASUU) on Monday declared an indefinite strike nationwide. The union adopted a resolution to go on strike after its ASUU-NEC meeting at the Olabisi Onabanjo University (OOU), Ago-Iwoye, Ogun State, from Sunday till Monday.
Fifty-one of the union's 53 branches unanimously agreed to embark on the strike. The action followed the default by the Federal Government to:

Honour the Academic Earned Allowance (AEA) which formed a component of the 2009 agreement the FG signed with the union.

Declaring the strike, ASUU Chairman at the University of Lagos (UNILAG) chapter, Dr Karo Ogbinaka, told reporters yesterday that the strike was a "painful yet inevitable decision".

He said ASUU was tired of the government's inconsistency, adding that the union could no longer tolerate the insults.

Throwing more light on the AEA, Ogbinaka said it includes allowances paid as part of excess work load responsibility allowance and the allowance for supervision of post-graduate programmes, for lecturers, heads of departments (HoDs), deans, examination officers, among others.

He said the highest AEA is N12,500 per month, wondering why it was difficult for the government to live up to its promises.

Ogbinaka recalled that following the 2009 agreement, the Federal Government entered into an MoU with the ASUU and other academic bodies. The union leader said after negotiation, the government agreed to also support tertiary education with N100billion.

He added: "Later, the government came out to say N100 billion was too much and might cause inflation. We again came down to N80 billion. But to our surprise, the Minister of Education and the NUC told us that the money was not included in the budget. Later, they promised it will be included in the supplementary budget.

"But later, the government said it could only pay 50 per cent of the N80 billion, which is about one quarter of the total amount. To complicate matter, the government said it would pay only one-off while universities would then continue to pay the rest.

"We felt this is a betrayal of the agreement and this is what forced us to convene this NEC meeting where 51 of our 53 branches nationwide unanimously agreed that the strike is the only solution."

For Ladies – 4 Top Causes Of A Smelly Private Part

Posted: 02 Jul 2013 05:49 AM PDT

Most women experience feminine issues from time to time. Feminine odor is especially frustrating, because it can leave you feeling unclean and gross, even if that's not the case. There are lots of causes for feminine odor, but here are the top four culprits.
BACTERIAL VAGINOSIS
Bacterial vaginosis (BV) is the most common cause of vaginal odor. Every v**ina is filled with naturally occurring bacteria, and BV is simply an overgrowth of those bacteria. Most women in their reproductive years will experience at least one case of BV. The cause is unknown, but unprotected s*x and frequent douching can put you at a higher risk. Other symptoms include itching, soreness and discharge. Some cases of BV will go away on their own, but Planned Parenthood recommends that all women with BV symptoms visit their doctor for treatment to prevent rare but serious complications. Treatment for BV is usually as simple as a course of antibiotics.

YEAST INFECTION
A yeast infection is also very common (and very uncomfortable!). They present signs much like BV, with the addition of a thick, white discharge. Yeast infections do not require antibiotics and instead can be treated with one- or three-course vaginal anti-fungal treatments. Treatment for yeast infections has become very simple and can even be purchased over-the-counter. Most of these treatments tend to get messy, so it's better to use them overnight.
SEXUALLY TRANSMITTED DISEASES
Some STD's can cause feminine odor, the most common are chlamydia and gonorrhea. Both diseases are common and easy to treat, but can cause serious complications if they go untreated. Unfortunately, both are also often not quickly diagnosed because they may or may not produce symptoms. The most common symptoms of chlamydia and gonorrhea include painful urination and pus-like discharge, although an unpleasant odor is often present as well. See your doctor immediately if you are experiencing any of these symptoms and avoid risk by abstaining or using protection during s*x.
PELVIC INFLAMMATORY DISEASE
Pelvic Inflammatory Disease (PID) occurs when bacteria travel through the v**ina into the uterus. It is often a late-stage result of an STD not diagnosed, such as chlamydia. PID usually is not diagnosed until you experience chronic pain or have trouble getting pregnant because often,it does not present symptoms. If symptoms of PID are present, they may include pelvic pains, odor, heavy discharge, fever, fatigue, painful intercourse or painful urination. PID can be treated with antibiotics, though it may leave behind scar tissue that has lasting effects..
If you are experiencing any of these, the best bet is too see a medical doctor for proper treatment.

What Really Motivated These Students To Go Complete Nude?

This photo was sent to Olokunbolablessing.blogspot.Com by a loyal reader of this blog some weeks ago, but I'm yet to come to terms with the motive of these girls, who are said to be students of a popular Nigerian University.

Girls used to have respect for their body before, and you just can't see their sensitive body parts anyhow.

So, what has happened to our ladies?

Why I Love To Steal In Churches ––Man's Shocking Confession

Posted: 02 Jul 2013 05:09 AM PDT

The anti-robbery squad at the Oko-Oba division of the Nigeria Police Force have arrested a 32-year-old man who allegedly specialised in bugling churches in Lagos.

The suspect identified as Sannu Umaru was reportedly caught in the act inside one of the Pentecostal churches in the Oko-Oba area of Lagos last weekend...

Umaru who claimed to be son of a retired army personnel, told policemen during interrogation that he preferred stealing from churches because of the security lapses.

Preliminary investigation, according to police sources, revealed that Umaru was allegedly involved in some robbery incidents in churches around the area. Before his arrest, he allegedly bugled a church where he made away with some musical instruments.

According to Police sources, "on that fateful night, he scaled the fence of the church and went to where the musical instruments were. As he was about carrying the piano valued close to half a million naira, one of the instruments fell down and attracted the night guards who went for him.

"He jumped through the fence with one of the instruments he stole. But he was apprehended by residents of the area who were alerted by the the guards and was brought to the station. He was found to have also burgled another church within the week."

But in his confessional statement, Umaru blamed his indulgence on frustration, saying:
"I was tempted to steal because of the death of my father. After his death, I went into scavenging but did not succeed. I chose to bugle churches because it is easier than any other place.

"Aside this, I do not need to be armed. I was scared of carrying arms and did not want to spill blood. That is why I considered stealing in churches as a gentleman's way.

"What I do is, anytime I go there, I would search the offering boxes. At times I would find money inside, while at other times I would not. At Saint Barnabas Church, I did not find any money inside the offering box. So, I decided to steal their music instrument."

Olokunbolablessing.blogspot.Com gathered that Umaru has been charged to court for his crimes.
