Jigawa State Deputy Speaker Dies In Auto Crash

Sule Udi Ringim, the deputy speaker of the Jigawa State House of Assembly is dead. He died in a car accident en route Ringim from Kano yesterday evening. He will be buried in Ringim according to Islamic rites this morning.

Man Found Dead In Bedroom Two Weeks After He Was Missing

The Lagos State Police Command has commenced investigations into the mysterious death of a 39-year-old trader, Sylvanus Okoye, who was discovered without his penis in a pool of blood at his house. The indigene of Abidi, Umu Ochi, Anambra State, was found dead two weeks after he was last seen by neighbours. His corpse was said to have been discovered after a foul odour engulfed the premises of the house, located at Ezemegbu Drive, Okota.

It was learnt that on Thursday, neighbours forced the door to his apartment open and the corpse was discovered. The victim's brother, Paul, also a trader, said neighbours called to inform him that his brother had not been seen for some days.


He said, I was called by the landlord that they have not seen my brother for some time. They said a stranger dropped his phone and house key with the security guard. When I got here, we opened the door to his flat. We saw his bloated body, with a rope tied on his neck. There was a mortar, pestle and a knife on the bed. Obviously he was murdered. We are confused now; we have reported the matter at Okota Police Station. They have collected the knife and pestle. What I am craving now is justice. Police should investigate this matter and prosecute all involved. We were told that the security guard at their house was not around on that fateful day, so a certain man dropped the key to my brother's house and his telephone with a female trader in front of the house. The guard told us that he knew the person who dropped the key."

The guard and the trader have been arrested by the police.

Pastor Rapes and Impregnates Senior Pastor's Daughter; Now Runs A Miracle Church

A 29-year-old pastor standing trial for raping and impregnating his senior pastor's daughter in Ikere-Ekiti, Ekiti State, has run away to establish his own church, and performing miracles.

He raped the girl in July last year when the youth of the church were having a special programme at night, but Damiolola's mother said: "We did not know the girl was pregnant until January this year, while he (pastor) had hurriedly left in September 2012."

The new church, which he started in Ikoyi area of Ikere-Ekiti, is said to be:
Attracting a lot of people, having succeeded in taking many members of the church where he pulled out.
According to Daily Sun, the embattled pastor had been organizing revival programmes and crusade, calling members of the public who were not aware of his atrocities to come for miracles.

The girl, Oluwadamilola (surname withheld) who until her ordeal was a SS1 student of a high school in Ikere-Ekiti, gave birth to a baby boy on May 26, while the man was still in detention, over the matter.

Damilola's mother told Daily Sun that the father of the young pastor had entered a written agreement with the parents of the girl in March this year, promising that they would take care of the girl and her pregnancy but the lackadaisical attitude of the randy pastor compelled her parents to report the case to the police.

After he was granted bail, he organized a thanksgiving service in his church when his lawyer advised him to transfer the case from the Magistrate Court to High Court.

It was gathered that the middle-aged pastor was married, and this was the reason he hurriedly left the church in September last year when he realized the girl was pregnant and warned her not to let anybody know.

Peter Okoye and His New Family Now Getting Better

Something is happening between me and my boyfriend's father that will come out soon but I don't know how to present it to him, because he may not forgive me and even attack me, am really scared.

So, one day I met his father at a hotel where I went to do supplies:
Since that day my life has not been the same again. The man has been spoiling me with cash and I have been keeping it hot for him in bed, not that am proud about it but I need money and my guy is not helping.

The problem now is that his father wants to marry me since he is separated from my guy's mum and he said I should forget about his son, after I told him about us. He told me his son is not responsible. Truly, I love the father more than his son now. But I've dated my guy for 10 months and most of his friends already know us as lovers.

Pls my headache is how to tell him about me and his dad and our intentions to get married without getting him too angry that he will do something bad to me? I want to go to his house and tell him. Pls help!
