Building under construction collapses in Victoria Island (Photos) Posted: 04 Nov 2013 10:12 AM PST A building under construction at Muri Okunola street in Victoria Island just collapsed. Several people are believed to be trapped under it. The building is beside the Eti Osa Local Government building on the street. Not sure if a rescue operation is going on right now.
